Hey Doods -- Welcome to Doodles of CT, where we raise labradoodles alongside our family in our loving and nurturing home in Stamford, CT less than an hour from NYC. Our mission is to provide families with the healthiest and happiest puppies. Our dogs are screened and tested to ensure our pups are free from genetic diseases. We start sensory activities from birth and begin training throughout their first months of development so our puppies are well socialized and ready to be the perfect family pet.
Our Story
Our love for Labradoodles began with our long-time love for Labrador Retrievers. As we were raising our child, we were also raising our dogs right alongside our family. They weren’t just pets—they were part of our everyday life, growing up together and filling our home with energy, fun, and companionship.
Our chocolate Labs, Easton and now Duke, have both been very special to us. Easton’s time with us was shorter than we had hoped, but he left a lasting impression and helped guide the path we’re on today.
As our family grew, we also wanted to find a way to enjoy the wonderful personality of Labs while being mindful of shedding and allergies. That’s what led us to Labradoodles—a breed that brings together the loving nature of Labradors with a more allergy-friendly coat. Our first Labradoodle, Meadow, is a perfect example of that balance and has brought so much joy into our home.
We’ve put a lot of care into choosing healthy, well-bred dogs so we can raise happy, well-adjusted puppies. Our goal is simple: to share the same kind of joy our dogs have brought to our family with yours.
Why Labradoodles?
We love breeding Labradoodles because the breed incorporates the best of both worlds: the lovable and trainable Labrador Retrievers along with the intelligent & hypo-allergenic Poodles. Their loyalty, affection and non-aggressive temperament make them great family dogs - especially families with children. We raised our family alongside chocolate Labrador Retrievers that we loved. After we lost one to cancer way too young, we decided to add our first labradoodle and fell in love with the breed. It gave us the perfect dog. With our dedication to raise the puppies in our personal home, Labradoodles are the perfect breed to trust around our family and friends.
